Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant consulting, digital services, or industry experience.
• Experience in marketing strategy, transformation, or customer engagement.
• Ability to lead workstreams and deliver engagements end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled marketing use cases.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of agile marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing transformation engagements across defined workstreams.
• Design and implement marketing operating models, governance, and processes.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies: segmentation, personalization, lifecycle.
• Translate client challenges into structured analyses and actionable insights.
