Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join our IT team in a role focused on Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and marketing tech. You will manage incidents, perform integration analyses, and configure Dataverse applications to improve processes and user adoption.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions, lifecycle management, and effective training for users.

Qualifications

4 years of relevant experience required.
Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Dataverse and related marketing tech.
Manage incidents, requests, defects and enhancements from intake to resolution with SLAs.
Perform fit‑gap analysis and propose low‑code or pro‑code integration approaches.
Configure and support Dataverse and model‑driven apps including tables, forms, dashboards.
Maintain role‑based security configurations and data privacy requirements.
Support lifecycle management across development, test, UAT and production.
Develop test scenarios and participate in system, integration and user acceptance testing.
Monitor platform health and API usage; coordinate remediation for issues.
Assess Microsoft release changes and plan adoption and testing.
Assist integration with Dataverse APIs, connectors and Azure services.
