Job summary

Legora is rapidly expanding its global team and is seeking a seasoned Talent Partner to own end-to-end marketing hiring. You will collaborate with senior leaders on role scope and hiring strategies, building pipelines and implementing scalable processes to drive growth.

You’ll partner with executives to design programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives while delivering a superior candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company, with meaningful depth hiring sales and go-to-market talent.
• Proven track record hiring high-performing marketing talent across seniority levels relevant to growth stage.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out, not just executing briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across marketing teams, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and success profiles.
• Shape how Talent operates at Legora through process design, programs, tooling, and People initiatives.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs to stay ahead of demand.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer, representing Legora credibly.
