Job summary

LG Electronics seeks a Sr Manager, Marketing Systems & Web Operations in Lincolnshire, IL to lead a hybrid, tech‑driven marketing ops function. You will own the core marketing automation, CRM integration, data pipelines, and web governance to accelerate multi‑channel B2B campaigns.

You will drive data quality, automation, and pipeline velocity while reducing friction across the technology footprint. A deep Eloqua‑Salesforce background and ABM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a highly technical B2B marketing operations or RevOps role.
• Hands-on admin experience with Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM.
• Expertise deploying the Eloqua-Salesforce integration and workflows.
• Strong understanding of ABM, multi-channel campaigns, and data orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own martech architecture, data pipelines, and SOPs for marketing tech stack.
• Govern data integration between tools and ensure data health across platforms.
• Oversee web properties, SEO, and vendor quality for marketing programs.
• Build automated data waterfalls and multi-touch revenue attribution flows.
• Lead rapid AI-assisted web component prototyping and deployment.
