Position Overview
We are seeking a highly technical, business-mindedSenior Manager of Marketing Systems & Web Operationsto serve as the structural backbone of our technology infrastructure and digital storefront. In this hybrid leadership role, you will be responsible for running, integrating, and optimizing our commercial platforms to support a multi-channel B2B commercial model encompassingChannel Sales, Vertical Sales, and Product Business Lines.
The ideal candidate looks beyond simple tools administration; you understand the core mechanics of B2B revenue engines—how buying groups operate, how multi-layered account lifecycles are managed, and how technical infrastructure directly accelerates sales pipelines. Your primary mandate is to architect a resilient, highly automated marketing technology ecosystem that directly improves pipeline velocity, eliminates integration friction, and removes "single points of failure" across our technical footprint.
