Rippling is hiring a Senior Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager to join the Revenue Operations team in San Francisco, CA or New York City. You will partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance leaders to build and operationalize strategic plans for a fast-growing marketing function, with quarterly reporting and high visibility to senior leadership.

The role requires 8+ years (or 6+ years in tech) in relevant roles, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and experience with Excel/Sheets, BI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional work experience or 6+ years at a tech company in Revenue/Sales Operations, Marketing Strategy, Marketing/ Sales Finance, Business Operations, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving startup or hyper-growth environment.
• Expert-level analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Expertise using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, familiarity with BI Tools (Tableau, Snowflake).
• Experience using AI and SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner for Marketing leadership and manage operational cadence of the business.
• Build monthly and quarterly reporting and perform ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities and problem areas.
• Frame business problems for Marketing and communicate insights with recommended solutions.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects including structuring problems, exploring solutions, implementing processes, and measuring impact.
• Coordinate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance on systems and process improvements.
• Support the annual planning process with modeling and target setting.
