Rippling is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager in New York City to partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance. You’ll build strategic plans, lead cross-functional projects, and drive quarterly and annual planning with strong analytics.

Based in NYC or San Francisco, you’ll be in-office 3x per week and collaborate with a fast-growing Revenue Operations team to unlock opportunities and optimize marketing performance.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional work experience or 6+ years at a tech company in Revenue/Sales Ops, Marketing Strategy, or related roles.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup or hyper-growth environment.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills; strong stakeholder management.
• Expertise with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools; experience with AI and SQL is preferred; Salesforce familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a business partner for Marketing leadership and run the operational cadence of the business.
• Build monthly and quarterly reporting; perform ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities and issues.
• Frame business problems for Marketing; communicate insights and drive solutions.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects including problem structuring, solutions, and measurement.
• Coordinate with Revenue Ops, Marketing, and Finance on systems and process improvements.
• Partner on annual planning with modeling and target setting.
