Job summary

TMCO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy and execution in Lincoln, NE. You will work across TMCO and its divisions to build programs, content, and campaigns that tell our story to employees, customers, and our communities.

You will develop relationships with internal and external partners, manage projects from concept to completion, and drive digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics while mentoring teams in a blue-collar manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns from concept through completion.
• Strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can see the big picture and get the work done.
• Self-motivated, driven, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
• Comfortable presenting ideas to executive leadership and shaping brand direction.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing: website, social, email, content, SEO/SEM, analytics.
• Graphic design/layout skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; photography/video a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for TMCO and affiliated divisions.
• Build marketing processes and initiatives from the ground up, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
• Develop, manage, and track marketing campaigns across social media, website, digital and print content, photography, videography, and other channels.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and leadership team to shape brand and messaging.
• Lead internal and external communications and public relations.
• Coordinate marketing needs across departments and divisions as a collaborative partner.
• Develop community relationships and support events, initiatives and employee engagement.
• Conduct market and competitive research and analyze marketing performance for improvements.
• Create and coordinate content: researching, writing, editing, photography, videography, and materials.
• Manage marketing projects from concept to completion and perform other duties.
