Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing to partner with Advanced Manufacturing & Life Sciences. This role blends marketing strategy, business development, and capital project intelligence to drive growth nationally and internationally.

You will own integrated campaigns, develop market positioning, and lead content that speaks to decision-makers in complex industrial sectors. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Working knowledge of capital project execution and lifecycle.
• Experience marketing to industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, metals, advanced materials, automotive, clean energy, or aerospace.
• International marketing experience targeting foreign markets.
• Ability to develop high-quality technical content and thought leadership.
• Proficiency with CRM (Dynamics 365), marketing automation, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and direct channels.
• Own campaign performance from planning through reporting with pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets with discipline and precision.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks for leadership visibility into effectiveness and spend.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to the Advanced Manufacturing & Life Sciences line nationally.
• Support business development with account-based programs for key verticals.
• Collaborate with BD, pursuits, and operations to capture content and feed the pipeline.
• Coordinate international marketing programs with foreign companies (FDI) to expand reach.
