Job summary

Tree Traction, a marketing partner for home service pros, is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to own client success from creative ideas to testing and ROI tracking. This full-time role is remote (US) or can be hybrid in Lehi, Utah.

You will design direct mail, run tests, and build dashboards with our marketing and tech teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on lead-gen experience for US home services, plus daily AI usage and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• 18+ months at one company or client with $500K+ in direct-response ad spend
• $1M+ lifetime ad spend managed
• Lead generation experience for US home service companies

Responsibilities

• Create direct mail that gets homeowners to respond with copy, offer and design
• Own results for each client: response rate, cost per lead, cost per booked job and ROI
• Run A/B tests in saturated markets to improve performance
• Add touchpoints beyond mailer: SMS, ringless voicemail, landing pages
• Join calls with large clients and explain strategy
• Train Client Success team with marketing thinking
• Specify dashboards and reports with our tech team
• Check in weekly with fulfillment to ensure timely orders
