Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to own direct mail campaigns, collaborating with Creative, Data Science, Finance, and Operations. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to improve targeting, conversion, and ROI across prospective member channels.

You will manage budgets, run experiments, and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations while maintaining calendars and briefs for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, performance, direct response, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing.
• Experience with direct mail or offline channels is a plus.
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, targeting, or triggered communications.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify actions.
• Strong project management and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute direct mail campaigns with audience selection, formats, messaging, and timelines.
• Manage budgets and forecasts with Finance and Procurement.
• Monitor performance metrics: volume, CPA, ROI; provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery from brief to production, QA, launch, and analysis.
• Design and run tests across targeting, creative, and offers; document learnings.
• Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, and reporting for visibility.
• Communicate regular performance updates to stakeholders.
• Build channel expertise in direct mail and acquisition technologies.
