Tree Traction is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to own client success—driving direct mail campaigns, testing strategies, and tracking ROI. You’ll design copy/offers, manage multi-channel touchpoints, and present results to clients, with a fast-paced startup rhythm.

Remote in the US or hybrid in Lehi, UT, you’ll lead campaigns, train teams, and build dashboards to optimize performance. Flexibility, strategic thinking, and deep direct mail experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 18+ months at one company or client managing dollars in creative direct-response ad spend.
• $1M+ in lifetime ad spend managed.
• Lead generation experience for US home service companies.
• Specific examples of lowering cost per lead or improving a funnel with numbers.
• Deep, daily AI use in building campaigns, dashboards and research.
• Strong people skills for client calls and video presentations.

Responsabilités

• Create direct mail that gets homeowners to respond: copy, offer and design in Canva or similar.
• Own results for every client: response rate, cost per lead, cost per booked job and ROI.
• Run A/B tests in saturated markets to improve mail impact.
• Add touchpoints beyond mailer: SMS, ringless voicemail, follow-up mail and landing pages.
• Join calls with big clients and articulate strategy under pressure.
• Train our Client Success team to think like marketers with short videos.
• Spec dashboards/reports our tech team builds and bring ideas to marketing.
• Check in weekly with fulfillment to ensure orders go out on time.
