Job summary

Tree Traction is looking for a Customer Success/Marketing Growth professional in the United States. You will be the main contact for tree service clients via phone, text, and email, and you will upsell to larger plans in collaboration with Marketing Strategists to lift ROI.

Success looks like finishing training in two weeks, taking on first clients, and reaching 100% net revenue retention by year one. Fluent English and a proven track record of owning expansion targets are required.
