Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in marketing, event management, communications or related field; experience using Marketo and Salesforce required.
• Experience with G Suite and spreadsheet skills.
• Customer service mindset; ability to measure and report campaign performance.
• Demonstrated excellence in written communications, project and time management.
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with marketing leadership to execute the region's marketing plan.
• Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns and events from concept to post-event analysis.
• Own sponsorship coordination for events, including partner outreach and post-event deliverables.
• Develop and execute campaign performance reporting; track KPIs in Marketo and analyze trends.
• Translate sales priorities into targeted marketing programs to support pipeline growth.
• Produce and oversee marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
• Facilitate lead funnel management and identify gaps with solutions.
• Build relationships with vendor/partner marketing contacts for co-marketing.
• Serve as a go-to resource for junior team members on tools and processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to inform the regional plan with campaign insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
