Job summary

SecureSky is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation for our managed cybersecurity services. You will own lead nurture from initial engagement through to a scheduled introduction with the sales team, developing and managing paid media, outbound tactics, and SEO initiatives to maximize inbound leads and brand visibility.

You will collaborate with content and design teams, monitor funnel metrics, and report on performance, with 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with related emphasis.
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing or corporate communications experience, including social media, digital marketing, and lead nurture campaigns.
• Experience with paid media, social media, and CRM/marketing automation.
• Ability to design nurture campaigns that convert engagement into sales-ready meetings.
• Strong writing skills and ability to collaborate with content and graphic teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage purchased media advertising—plan and track metrics to optimize content, keywords, and budget for inbound leads.
• Lead outbound marketing efforts to drive inbound leads via messaging apps and other channels.
• Improve website SEO and in-site user experience to boost retention and performance.
• Coordinate creative development with technical content and graphic creators; produce content as needed.
• Develop and execute social media strategy to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
• Conduct competitive research and leverage social listening to differentiate SecureSky.
