Job summary

BillionToOne in California is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive multi-channel marketing programs. You will own day-to-day campaign execution, manage customer-facing collateral, coordinate projects, and ensure quality from concept through launch.

You will work with cross-functional partners, build email campaigns, proof assets, and develop engaging social content, contributing to operational excellence and scalable growth in a fast-growing diagnostics company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years in marketing, operations, campaigns, or communications.
• Strong organization and deadline-management abilities.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital).
• Proven social media content development experience for a brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with keen proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tech tools (CRM, automation, CMS) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across channels.
• Manage customer-facing collateral and maintain content libraries.
