Job summary

BillionToOne is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive multi-channel campaigns and manage customer-facing collateral with a sharp eye for detail. You will own email, social, webinars, and digital ads, coordinating with creative and cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality output from concept to launch.

You will analyze campaign performance, optimize programs, and contribute to a fast-growing healthcare brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, communications, or a related role.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns across email, social, digital ads, and/or web.
• Experience managing social media channels and developing social content for a brand or organization.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting and applying insights to campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proofreading and QA instincts.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Customer.io, Sequel.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Asana, Sprout Social, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage marketing campaigns across email, webinar, SMS, digital ad, web, social, and sales channels.
• Build, test, deploy campaigns and automations; manage audiences, segmentation, content, and QA.
• Coordinate ABM, nurture programs, executive outreach; document learnings.
• Monitor campaign performance and program health to improve engagement and conversions.
• Manage customer-facing marketing collateral and content libraries; ensure materials are current.
