Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to execute and optimize marketing campaigns. The role supports email marketing, lead nurturing, webinars, and content distribution across multiple teams, owning the technical build, deployment, testing, and execution of campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in email marketing or marketing automation, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in email marketing, automation, or campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in a marketing automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across NeoGenomics.
• Own email and Marketing Cloud campaign builds for multiple teams.
• Develop nurture and drip campaigns to support demand generation.
• Create webinar and event registration campaigns and follow-up nurture.
• Build landing pages aligned with marketing objectives.
• Develop content distribution campaigns for assets from the Content and Thought Leadership Manager.
• Apply segmentation, testing, timing, and sequencing to improve performance.
• Prioritize requests and communicate timelines; manage capacity.
