Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Elevated graphic composition and layout understanding.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Experience leading proposal kick-off meetings and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local government and federal pursuits with pursuit team.
• Develop proposals, presentations, graphics, marketing materials with technical staff.
• Write non-technical content and edit proposals for messaging and persuasiveness.
• Create strategic graphics for proposals and projects.
• Maintain resumes, company info, project descriptions, and photography for proposals/SOQs.
• Perform general marketing administrative duties as requested.
• Assist with public relations efforts with other marketing team members that may include planning/coordinating client events, including conferences
