Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the AE/C industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local government and federal pursuits with internal and external pursuit team members.
• Develop proposals, presentations, graphics and marketing material with technical staff.
• Write non-technical content and edit proposals for messaging and persuasiveness.

ChenMoore is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator with A/E/C industry experience to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a dedicated proposal professional who combines strong pursuit strategy, writing, and coordination skills with a heightened graphic and visual sensibility. The ideal candidate understands how thoughtful composition, layout, typography, and information hierarchy can elevate a proposal and strengthen the overall story. This individual will take a leading role in developing compelling, highly polished proposals and qualifications packages, collaborating with technical teams to transform complex information into clear, visually engaging, and persuasive submissions. Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and demonstrated experience producing sophisticated A/E/C proposals are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local government and federal pursuits with internal and external pursuit team members.
• Work directly with technical staff to develop proposals, presentations, graphics, marketing material, etc.
• Write non-technical content and edit proposals for messaging, strategy, and persuasiveness.
• Create strategic graphics for proposal and project needs.
• Create & maintain resumes, company information, project descriptions, and photography for proposals, SOQs, or other materials.
• Perform general marketing-related administrative duties as requested.
• Assist with public relations efforts with other marketing team members that may include planning/coordinating client events, including conferences

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry
• Must demonstrate an elevated graphic composition and layout understanding
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Ability to effectively set priorities while juggling multiple deadlines, maintaining composure under pressure
• Experience facilitating and documenting discussions and leading proposal kick-off meetings and team reviews
• Involvement with local marketing and or A/E/C organizations and willingness to attend events on behalf of the firm
• Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is preferred but not required
• Create presentations with technical team members using the latest software for procurement efforts. Strong knowledge and experience with PowerPoint is a plus.
• Excellent oral, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with ability to interact at the client and senior staff level
• Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting readily to changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and quality in work
