Job summary

ChenMoore is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. You will lead proposal development, crafting visually engaging submissions with a strong narrative and strategic graphics.

The role requires elev ated graphic composition, proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office, and collaboration with technical staff to transform complex information into compelling materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design or related field.
• At least 5 years as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry.
• Elevated graphic composition and layout understanding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Ability to set priorities while juggling multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Experience leading proposal kick-off meetings and team reviews.
• Involvement with local marketing/A/E/C organizations and willingness to attend events.
• Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience preferred but not required.
• Presentations with technical teams; PowerPoint skills a plus.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local government and federal pursuits with internal and external teams.
• Develop proposals, presentations, graphics, and marketing materials with technical staff.
• Write and edit proposals for messaging and persuasiveness.
• Create strategic graphics for proposals and projects.
• Maintain resumes, company info, project descriptions, and photography for materials.
• Perform general marketing administrative duties as requested.
• Assist with public relations and planning client events.
