Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Programs to design and drive the operating engine for the marketing team. You will translate high-level goals into actionable plans, cross-functional cadences, and measurable business outcomes to move the GTM strategy forward.

You will lead a high-performing team, oversee the marketing budget and OKR tracking, scale operational processes, and partner with leadership to keep functions moving with speed, alignment, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 8+ years in marketing, integrated programs, demand gen, or related discipline, ideally in B2B tech or high-growth.
• Experience leading teams, setting priorities, and providing performance feedback.
