We seek a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing end-to-end, shaping how each product is positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. You will work with Product and Engineering to influence what gets built, spend significant time in the field with buyers, and drive messaging, proof points, and sales plays across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in product marketing for complex B2B products, including owning a product area across multiple launches.
• A track record of shaping product priorities with customer and market insight.
• Experience defining go-to-market strategy and executing it yourself: writing the content, building enablement and coordinating across teams.
• Experience driving adoption or retention after launch, using product or usage data.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy and execution for every TGR product, from planning and launch tiering through enablement and field rollout.
• Work alongside Sales in the field: join demos and validations, review active deals, and adjust the approach based on wins and losses.
• Run quarterly win/loss and buyer interviews, turning findings into positioning and product feedback.
• Align every launch with regulatory requirements, collaborating with owners.
• Partner with Product and Engineering in discovery and roadmap conversations.
• Drive adoption and expansion after deployment with Customer Success, using usage data to find activation gaps.
