Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in business or supply chain related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement or related field.
• Proven expertise in marketing procurement with focus on retail campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to manage complex procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Aufgaben

• Lead competitive bid/quote management for marketing initiatives including retail campaigns, in-store marketing, shopper marketing, POS and promotions.
• Develop and manage RFx events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) for creative, media, print, digital, and retail activation agencies and suppliers.
• Maintain local and global competitive bidding standards and policies for retail marketing.
• Prepare reports for Compliance and Internal Audit ensuring policy and regulatory alignment.
• Translate annual/seasonal plans into a sourcing roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Execute negotiation strategies to secure favorable pricing and terms for retail campaigns.
• Review contracts to verify pricing, scope, and compliance; drive corrections as needed.
• Validate new marketing and retail vendors during onboarding with risk, finance, and legal teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements for procurement workflows and systems.
