Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Proven expertise in marketing procurement with a focus on retail campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing procurement and competitive bidding for retail campaigns, in-store marketing, shopper marketing, POS, and promotions.
• Develop and manage RFx events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) for creative, media, print, digital, and retail activation suppliers.
• Maintain procurement standards and policies tailored to retail marketing and store execution.
• Prepare reports for Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure policy compliance.
• Translate annual plans into a sourcing roadmap with marketing and retail teams.
• Negotiate rates and terms with agencies and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Verify commercial terms align with pricing and scope; drive corrections before execution.
• Validate new marketing vendor requests for business fit and risk; coordinate with risk/finance/legal.
• Identify and implement process improvements for faster, compliant procurement workflows.
