Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales personnel while overseeing daily activities.
• Evaluate financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditures, research and development investments, ROI, and profitability projections.
• Formulate and coordinate marketing strategies and initiatives to promote products and services.
• Identify and evaluate marketing strategies based on business objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors and develop effective product distribution networks.
• Utilize sales forecasting and strategic planning to drive sales, profitability, and business growth.
