Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience with marketing procurement and retail campaign execution.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on ERP experience (SAP or Oracle).
• Proven capability in strategic sourcing, RFx management, supplier negotiations, and vendor onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Lead competitive bidding and quote processes for marketing initiatives, prioritizing retail campaigns and promotions.
• Develop and manage RFx events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for agencies and suppliers.
• Maintain compliance with local procurement standards and global policies; report for Compliance and Internal Audit.
• Translate marketing plans into actionable sourcing roadmaps and engage procurement early in the lifecycle.
• Design and execute retail-specific negotiation strategies; secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Verify that contract terms align with pricing and scopes of work; drive corrections pre-execution.
• Evaluate new marketing vendors; coordinate onboarding with risk, finance, and legal.
• Identify bottlenecks in procurement tools and implement process improvements for speed and transparency.
