Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr. Marketing Ops Manager in Utah to build a scalable measurement foundation. You will own tagging, consent, analytics instrumentation, and the data layer for downstream platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Databricks.

Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and Data teams to evolve web technology architecture, ensure privacy compliance, and drive reliable marketing data across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6–8 years in a modern marketing technology stack.
• Deep experience with Google Tag Manager and tag management best practices.
• Experience with Marketo and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM architecture, governance, and deployment across environments.
• Design and maintain consent management solutions with Legal and Engineering.
• Establish marketing attribution standards and tracking consistency.
• Own analytics instrumentation across Adobe Analytics and GA4.
• Define website data layer contracts with Engineering and ensure reliable data.
• Ensure data flows into downstream systems like Marketo, Salesforce, and Databricks.
• Develop documentation, standards, governance, and operational best practices.
