SERHANT. is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to scale production and marketing operations across our Studios footprint.

You’ll partner with field producers, editors, social media, and leadership to move projects from planning through delivery while preserving an exceptional agent experience. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, project management, or related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with project management platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when supporting production.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the operational partner for Studios producers across assigned markets, ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with department standards.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Drive communication across producers, editors, social media, creative, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor production workflows and identify bottlenecks, recommending scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
• Maintain project management systems, production schedules, and workflow documentation for accurate tracking.
• Refine internal processes and SOPs as the department scales.
• Coordinate production logistics, freelancer resources, travel, equipment, and scheduling.
• Oversee workflow with remote editing partners to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist in onboarding new producers through training and documentation.
• Prepare reporting on production volume and performance.
