Job summary

SERHANT. New Development represents NYC's most exciting residential projects. The Video Producer will lead end-to-end production of premium video content—concept through final delivery—capturing luxury residences, neighborhoods, and events to support launches and ongoing sales.

Reporting to SERHANT. Studios, you will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, direct on-camera talent, and manage schedules across multiple developments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in video production or related field.
• Portfolio or demo reel required.
• Experience producing luxury real estate or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Independently manage productions from concept to delivery.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).

About the Role

SERHANT. New Development represents some of New York City's most exciting residential developments. Every project has its own marketing strategy, sales gallery, launch timeline, brand standards, and content needs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, can confidently direct on-camera talent, and has exceptional shooting, production, editing, and storytelling skills. The Video Producer is responsible for bringing these developments to life through premium video content. Reporting to SERHANT. Studios, this role partners closely with the New Development Marketing team and internal creative stakeholders to produce compelling visual content that supports project launches, ongoing sales efforts, and brand storytelling. From luxury property films and neighborhood features to broker events, interviews, lifestyle content, and social-first campaigns, this producer owns projects from concept through final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Produce, shoot, edit, and deliver premium video content supporting SERHANT.'s New Development portfolio across New York City.
• Own the production process from concept through final delivery, including pre-production planning, production, post-production, and asset delivery.
• Capture luxury residences, amenities, neighborhoods, sales galleries, model residences, lifestyle experiences, construction progress, and broker events that showcase each development's unique story.
• Produce launch films, property tours, neighborhood features, lifestyle videos, interviews, project updates, developer features, event coverage, and short-form social content.
• Partner closely with the New Development Marketing team and SERHANT. Studios to produce premium video content supporting project launches, sales milestones, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal creative and marketing stakeholders to develop compelling visual storytelling that reflects each development's positioning, architecture, design, and target buyer.
• Ensure all creative assets align with established project objectives, brand standards, and creative direction.
• Work alongside developers, architects, designers, sales teams, and other project stakeholders during productions to capture content and direct on-camera talent as needed.
• Operate professional camera, lighting, audio, drone, and stabilization equipment to produce best-in-class visual content.
• Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite, incorporating color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and platform-specific deliverables.
• Capture photography when needed, including lifestyle imagery, events, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing assets.
• Optimize content for multiple distribution channels including websites, presentations, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and paid media.
• Manage multiple active developments and production schedules simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Organize production assets, media, and project files using established workflows and asset management systems.
• Maintain production equipment and ensure all gear is prepared for shoots throughout New York City.
• Stay current on production techniques, emerging technologies, AI tools, and content trends that improve creative quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the national SERHANT. Studio team to continuously improve production workflows, creative standards, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of professional experience in video production, multimedia production, filmmaking, or related creative field.
• Professional portfolio or demo reel showcasing high-quality video production, cinematography, and editing. Portfolio submission is required.
• Experience producing premium content for luxury real estate, architecture, hospitality, design, lifestyle, or related brands is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage productions from concept through final delivery.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom. Experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting, audio, drones, stabilization equipment, and production best practices.
• Experience directing on-camera talent and conducting interviews in both scripted and unscripted environments.
• Strong understanding of content optimized for digital, social, and marketing channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional storytelling instincts with a strong eye for composition, pacing, luxury branding, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience using AI-powered creative and production tools to improve editing, organization, asset management, and workflow efficiency is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout New York City for production assignments.
• Ability to lift and transport production equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00USD.

Your Location

This position is hybrid eligible for candidates based in New York City, NY area. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
