Job summary

Marketplace Operations Inc. is seeking a Senior Post-Production Coordinator to own and optimize our paid social and native ad post-production workflow. You will coordinate across Editors, Designers, and freelancers, ensuring assets flow from intake to final delivery in a scalable, organized system.

This remote role supports in-person and AI-generated content ecosystems, with a focus on efficiency, governance, and rapid production timelines across verticals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in post-production coordination or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of the full post-production lifecycle (ingest to delivery).
• Experience building or improving post-production workflows and systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to own multiple complex workflows and deadlines.
• Familiarity with asset management, metadata, tagging, and DAM systems.
• Experience with project-management and creative review tools.
• Comfort using automation and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-production across Editors, Designers, Motion Graphics Artists, freelancers, and other resources.
• Maintain visibility into assignments, priorities, deadlines, and capacity.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Production to align priorities and deliverables.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and workflow gaps proactively.
• Help build and improve the post-production operating system, workflows, and templates.
• Establish consistent asset organization standards across workstreams.
• Ensure assets stay linked to Shoot IDs, briefs, scripts, and notes.
• Build searchable asset structures for easy reuse and retrieval.
• Define Production to Post handoffs and ensure smooth transitions.
• Create and manage editing requests with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Support QA, delivery, naming, and final asset standards with teams.
• Track capacity, turnaround times, and workflow friction for improvements.
• Develop repeatable workflows for high-volume variations and fast timelines.
• Explore automation/AI to reduce manual work and accelerate pipelines.
• Document and maintain Post SOPs as workflows evolve.
