Job summary

On is seeking a Senior Specialist - Marketing Operations in New York City to centralize and elevate key operational workflows and resource systems across the NA marketing organization, reporting to the Head of Marketing Management, AMER.

You will design seamless processes that connect regional priorities with global strategy, build tracking using Asana, Jira, Slack, Dropbox and Google Drive, and drive continuous operational improvements to support On's growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing project management, brand production, or studio operations.
• Experience using enterprise tools like Asana, Jira, Slack, Dropbox and Google Drive.
• Proven ability to design scalable information systems and map cross-functional processes.
• Experience navigating contract and procurement workflows with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and bias toward action in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational execution for marketing seed product, forecasting across channels and coordinating with supply chain partners.
• Develop and maintain centralized information resources, onboarding processes, and internal documentation on the NA marketing intranet to establish a single source of truth.
• Design and implement cross-functional information flows connecting regional initiatives with global partners.
• Centralize, develop, and document procurement and contract management practices with legal and finance teams.
• Evaluate existing operational systems, balancing day-to-day stability with hyper-growth realities.
