DLA Piper LLP is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to support webinar programs, drive execution, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. The role collaborates with firm leaders and marketing teams to coordinate branding and thought leadership events with precision.

Responsibilities include intake, planning, promotion, and execution of webinars, as well as cross‑department coordination and CRM updates using InterAction and MS Dynamics. Hybrid work setup across multiple U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing and/or business development in a law firm or professional environment.
• Webinar and project management experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as a liaison for webinar support and drives webinar execution from planning to delivery.
• Utilizes ServiceNow to track workflow and coordinates CRM updates (InterAction, MS Dynamics).
• Assists with day-to-day requests, compiles presentations and key metrics for leadership.
• Participates in lawyer meetings and supports cross‑department and interdepartmental initiatives.
