Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of five years of related experience with strong project management.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Prior law firm experience desired.
• Experience with web content management and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the planning and execution of webinars (Vuture invitations, On24 setup, rehearsals, production, and related website/social tasks).
• Supports firm’s social media presence; publishes content and seeks engagement opportunities.
• Tracks social media performance and prepares engagement reports.
• Provides training on social media and digital branding tools to attorneys and staff.
• Maintains the firm’s website pages and biographies; creates new pages and ensures policy compliance.
• Manages client alert formatting, risk review, and distribution processes.
• Supports analytics/reporting for website, alerts, social media, webinars, email marketing, and podcasts.
• Implements SEO/GEO strategies to keep content current and relevant.
• Manages digital marketing projects using project management tools.
• Monitors website performance and fixes errors, broken links, etc.
• Serves as first point of contact for marketing department requests and ensures editorial standards.
