Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to shape our demand-gen strategy and architecture. In this role, you will own critical marketing processes, design scalable data architectures, and align executive stakeholders to accelerate top-of-funnel growth.

You’ll lead cross-functional programs across Marketing, Sales and Analytics, balancing data insight with practical execution, while exploring AI-enabled improvements to streamline

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or similar in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to build scalable frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to executives.
• Deep mastery of B2B GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Qualified, n8n).

Responsabilités

• Own core demand generation infrastructure and marketing tech stack strategy.
• Drive data-backed decision making and optimize campaigns with testing environments.
