Job summary

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will shape demand-gen processes and marketing tech architecture to empower top-of-funnel strategies in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar within high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Deep mastery of the B2B GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Qualified, n8n).
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end cross-functional projects, establishing operating cadences, and presenting directly to executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Own Core Demand Generation Infrastructure: Drive strategy, execution, and optimization of demand gen and marketing tech stack.
• Guide Strategic Decision-Making: Use data to drive marketing campaign improvements and testing environments.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to promote best practices across regions.
• AI Innovation: Integrate leading-edge tech into marketing systems to streamline top-of-funnel processes.
