Job summary

Pigment is seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to own the strategy, planning, and operational backbone of our CS organization. This hybrid role can be based in Paris or New York, focusing on scalable rhythms, workflows, and cross-functional connections that deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Operations experience in CS, Revenue Ops or Business Ops in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience designing CS systems, workflows, success metrics and AI-driven automations in a mature org (> $100M ARR).
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and CS platforms (Gainsight, Totango, Vitally).
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking; ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Set direction with CS leadership and maintain a predictable cadence.
• Plan, segment, and design territory strategy for CS.
• Collaborate on annual target setting and capacity modeling with Data & Analytics.
• Lead annual and quarterly CS planning and operational initiatives.
• Build operating rhythms: QBRs, forecasts, reviews, planning cycles.
• Shape customer engagement across the lifecycle and manage CS platform.
