Job summary

Ruggable seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead operational excellence across its Evergreen Creative and Marketing teams in Los Angeles. You will architect agile workflows, manage cross-functional programs, and drive end-to-end delivery of Evergreen campaigns with a focus on timely execution and quality.

You’ll own project plans, capacity planning, and studio operations, leveraging Airtable to scale workflows and provide real-time visibility for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or related functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain momentum in fast-moving environments.
• Proactive communicator who keeps teams aligned and informed.
• Strong working knowledge of Airtable, ideally in a creative or marketing environment.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across Creative, Marketing, Production, and external partners.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, creative projects, or cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational programs across Creative and Marketing to drive end-to-end campaign delivery.
• Architect agile workflows and scalable systems for traffic management and studio operations.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Evolve Airtable and other systems into robust data sources for strategic decisions.
• Identify workflow gaps and drive process improvements to reduce manual overhead.
