Job summary

Ruggable is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Evergreen marketing campaigns and drive operational rigor across Marketing and Creative teams in Los Angeles. You will architect scalable processes, implement Airtable-based workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery from kickoff to launch.

You will partner with Marketing, Creative, and external partners to balance priorities, manage dependencies, and build transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or related functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, creative projects, or cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong working knowledge of Airtable, ideally in a creative or marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the end-to-end project management of Evergreen marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery from kickoff through launch.
• Build and maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple initiatives.
• Lead process transformation to scale workflows, optimize studio resource allocation, and reduce manual overhead across Evergreen workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to scope, assign, and track deliverables across Creative, Marketing, Channel, Production, and external partners.
• Facilitate project intake, kickoff, planning sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, blockers, and competing priorities to keep work moving forward.
• Maintain visibility into project progress, resource allocation, and team capacity, surfacing risks and recommendations.
• Ensure teams have clear ownership, accountability, and next steps at every stage of execution.
• Support both large-scale campaign launches and always-on marketing initiatives.
