Job summary

EverCommerce in the United States is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to design, build, and operate scalable lifecycle journeys for our SaaS solutions across home service and remodeling professionals.

You’ll own campaigns in Marketo and HubSpot, partner with Growth, Digital, Customer Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Product, and relentlessly optimize for conversion, retention, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM roles.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in Marketo and HubSpot (or Eloqua, Pardot, or Customer.io).
• Strong segmentation, triggers, personalization, and automated journeys.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM–MAP integrations for personalization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lifecycle and marketing automation activities across campaigns.
• Ensure audience segmentation, messaging accuracy, personalization, and CTA alignment.
• QA campaigns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing Managers, copywriters, designers, and analysts to execute campaigns effectively.
