Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategy for core programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will develop multi-channel marketing plans, partner with go-to-market and consumer growth teams, and own program management solutions for regional scaling and execution.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong stakeholder communication, and experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).

Responsabilités

• Build multi-channel marketing strategies and requirements for Leo programs in partnership with go-to-market and consumer growth teams.
• Dive deep into audience insights to forecast business opportunity and build an effective channel strategy.
• Establish program and project management solutions for regional scaling, operational readiness, and creative development processes.
• Track and report on performance marketing KPIs (clicks, conversions, CPA) as part of weekly and monthly business reviews.
