Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a motivated communications professional to lead core product communications for Leo. You will develop messaging, engage with media and stakeholders, and execute campaigns across earned, owned, and social channels to scale programs globally.

You will work with product and marketing to shape this strategy and protect long-term interests for customers worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate ideas, anticipate issues, and advocate for decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Drive announcements and launches for Leo consumer products and services
• Build and execute proactive communications campaigns to build consumer awareness of Amazon Leo
• Drive proactive and reactive engagement with relevant media, analysts and influencers
• Develop high-quality content for earned, owned, and social channels
• Build and execute managed product reviews program
• Anticipate and manage potential reputational issues
• Develop and manage mechanisms to help scale Leo product communications globally
