This hybrid role combines strategy with hands-on marketing to grow Draeger’s WPI portfolio in the US, working with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to translate clinical insight into persuasive market messages. The role emphasizes leadership in go-to-market execution, portfolio positioning, and regional programs, with travel to client sites and key conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 7-10+ years in medical device marketing, product management, or healthcare sales.
• Strategic-thinking and analytical abilities to translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; capable of leading large groups.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% nationally and ~5% internationally.
