Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead technical product and solutions marketing for Energy Infrastructure, including energy storage, solar, microgrids, and power conversion systems. You will create high‑quality marketing content and develop go‑to‑market strategies for commercial, industrial, utility and infrastructure customers.

The role requires hands‑on experience in electrical power products marketing, collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with technical product or solutions marketing responsibility.
• Experience marketing electrical power equipment, energy storage, microgrids, or related technical infrastructure.
• Ability to translate technical product features into persuasive messaging for technical and commercial buyers.
• Hands-on experience producing technical collateral and leading product launches/go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product and Sales teams in complex B2B environments.
• Strong writing, presentation, project management, digital marketing, analytical and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product and solutions positioning, segmentation, messaging and go-to-market plans for power conversion, energy storage, microgrid and related infrastructure offerings.
• Translate technical specifications and customer use cases into compelling value propositions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and Sales to understand applications and buying criteria.
• Create and maintain technical solution briefs, collateral, presentations, case studies, white papers, proposals and sales enablement content.
• Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns, product launches, account-based marketing, digital programs, webinars and events.
• Develop market and competitive intelligence across electrical power and utility infrastructure.
• Align campaigns with CRM, lead quality, pipeline contribution and measurable outcomes.
• Manage agencies, content partners, marketing budgets and global brand alignment.
