Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of next‑generation energy solutions for data center applications. You will shape Delta’s transition to integrated, resilient power system architectures supporting AI-scale compute and extreme reliability.

You will develop deep expertise across BESS, PV, grid‑forming inverters, microgrid controls, and solid‑state transformers, working with customers, IPPs, EPCs, and partners to define requirements and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product or solution management in energy infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of data center power systems (BESS, inverters, microgrids).
• Ability to define complex multi-discipline architectures.
• Experience working with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Define solution vision, strategy, and roadmaps for data center energy infrastructure.
• Collaborate with system engineering, R&D, and partners to develop end-to-end solutions.
• Lead go-to-market activities, collateral, and technical workshops.
