The role emphasizes coordination of trade shows, creation of marketing materials, and collaboration across teams to maintain on-brand assets and drive campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (early-career).
• Experience coordinating events and producing marketing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; design tools like Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events at trade shows and industry events, including logistics and follow-up.
• Produce and maintain sales collateral, datasheets, and presentations.
• Create showroom, executive, and customer-facing materials and support campaigns.
• Track market research, competitive papers, and gather customer feedback.
• Manage product libraries and ensure consistency across channels.
