JPW Industries is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing engine for high-value end-user segments. The role sits in a hybrid Nashville-based setting with remote options and requires data-driven leadership to drive revenue through integrated campaigns.

You will own channel strategies, multi-channel campaigns, and partnerships with Sales, Product, Service, and external agencies to maximize ROI and margin goals.

Competenze

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with emphasis on demand generation and revenue accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar.

• Own the marketing engine driving growth in high-value segments.
• Develop channel strategies through distributors, direct channels, and field initiatives.
• Design and run multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch and measurement.
