Job summary

Primis is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager based in New York City to turn customer reality into compelling stories, webinars, and GTM programs. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Design, CS, Sales, and Engineering to shape narratives and drive adoption.

You’ll own webinars end-to-end, translate product capabilities into customer value, build launch narratives, and create content that fuels adoption, expansion, and pipeline. Some travel to client sites and events may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, spanning product or customer marketing.
• Experience hosting webinars or live product storytelling.
• Strong creative instincts to craft angles from customer workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customers.
• Based in New York City with ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Host customer-facing webinars end-to-end, including topic ideation and follow-up.
• Translate product capabilities into clear customer value.
• Develop launch narratives and adoption content.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and CS on GTM angles.
• Manage logistics for events, gifts, and swag.
