Job summary

Superhuman Labs, Inc. is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale customer-centric programs across Grammarly, Superhuman Docs, and Superhuman Mail.

You will own customer stories, testimonials, and voice-of-customer initiatives with end-to-end ownership. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Comms/PR to convert strong customer relationships into proof points fueling the funnel.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or content marketing.
• Proven track record producing customer proof assets.
• Strong relationship-builder with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for compelling stories.
• Strong editorial judgment with end-to-end production experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage an always-on roster of customers primed to evangelize our brand.
• Produce proof assets (case studies, testimonials, quotes) showcasing outcomes.
• Own the proof asset library, including rights, approvals, and updates.
• Prioritize top customer stories based on impact and relevance; define storytelling vision.
• Handle end-to-end production of customer stories from intake to publication.
