Job summary

Boston Engineering in Waltham, MA, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing function. This hands-on role reports to the VP of Client Services and Growth and will own strategy, brand, demand generation, and execution across medical, commercial, and defense markets.

You will manage campaigns, content, digital channels, events, and sales enablement while partnering with external agencies and the sales team to accelerate growth and build a scalable marketing program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing and communications experience in B2B professional services.
• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, graphic design, engineering, data science, or liberal arts.
• Strong analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness and drive decisions.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience developing marketing strategy while also personally executing marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of industrial, technology, engineering services, or B2B technical marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing, content development, CRM systems, marketing automation, and website management, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and WordPress.
• AEO and SEO competency.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and get things done.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with agency partners.
• Own brand and messaging across website, collateral, presentations, and social channels.
• Manage campaigns and demand generation with data-driven optimization.
• Plan and run events, webinars, conferences, and customer events.
• Coordinate vendors and maintain CRM databases (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Create sales collateral and enablement materials for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales on account-based marketing initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
